The Standing Committee of the Diocese of Western New York has released a report on the eight-month process of considering a proposed partnership with the Diocese of Northwestern Pennyslvania. The report includes a review of the listening sessions held in Western New York between late January and early March.
“The Standing Committee wanted to ensure that no one could later say, ‘I never was given a chance to ask my questions or voice my opinions,’” reads the report.“We are confident that by God’s grace such goals were met by the listening sessions.”
Read the report and learn more about what will happen between now and the joint diocesan convention in October.
